Lenny, an elite ocean athlete with a growing string of accolades to his name, uses the SPAN

equipment I do need powered from my battery,” he says.

Kai didn’t have to wait long for his SPAN panel to prove its worth. A few weeks after shooting
wrapped up on Kai’s SPAN commercial at the end of last year an unexpected series of floods
knocked power out on Maui for several days while massive waves pounded Maui’s North
Shore. With his home running on back-up power managed by SPAN, Kai’s equipment was
ready to go, including all his media crew’s equipment.
